Refund and Returns Policy
Product Warranties and Refunds:
Once the order is confirmed, the account is shown and activated, we do not offer to transfer or refund it, because of the IPTV account code, we cannot sell it.
The products have a warranty period of 12 months in which For IPTV Service(FIS) will replace or refund any product damage or malfunction caused by the product.
If we are unable to deliver for any reason, we will give you a full refund.
If you receive an incorrect product, or if the key code is not activated, a refund/exchange is possible.
If for some unknown reason the key code cannot be activated, contact us within 48 hours from the time of purchase, and a refund/replacement is possible.
If you encounter any difficulties with the product you purchased, contact us first with a description of your problem accompanied by screenshots or photos taken by a digital camera to give us a clear idea to assess the situation. We have technicians on staff who will assist you in installing and activating your software. Your order will be eligible for a refund in the rare circumstances our support staff is unable to resolve the issue.
